Welcome to the new Turquoise Academy experience

We have moved our online courses to a new platform to give you a smoother, more flexible and more global learning experience—without losing any of your existing access.

If you were already a student on our previous website, you can continue watching your courses with the same email, password and active subscriptions. Nothing was lost—we simply upgraded the platform.

Below you will find what has changed, what stayed the same and how to access your courses in the new Turquoise Academy.

What has improved in the new platform?

We changed platform to remove limitations from the old website and unlock a better experience for you:

💳 Payments and currencies

  • Before: payments were available only via PayPal.
  • Now: you can pay with credit card and PayPal.
  • Now: we support multiple currencies, so you can pay in your local currency depending on your country.

📚 Subscriptions and course access

  • Before: your account could be subscribed to only one course at a time. To join a new course, you had to cancel the previous one.
  • Now: you can subscribe to multiple courses at the same time, without cancelling existing subscriptions.

🎁 Bundles and flexible plans

  • Before: you had access to only one monthly subscription option with a fixed price.
  • Now: we offer different bundles and durations, so you can access more courses for longer periods at a better overall value.

🌍 Languages and international access

  • The new website interface is available in multiple languages and supports automatic translation of the pages.
  • The original courses in English and Portuguese are still available for you on the new platform.

What stays exactly the same for you?

You do not need to create a new account or change your password. Your current access has been migrated.

  • Your email and password remain the same as on the old website.
  • Your active subscriptions and payments were kept; nothing was reset.
  • Your existing courses are still available in your My courses area.
  • You can simply log in and continue watching your lessons normally.

What is coming next?

We are using this new platform to build a richer, multilingual learning experience:

  • 🎬 New courses will be added to the Academy over time.
  • 🌐 Upcoming courses will be dubbed and subtitled in more languages, so students around the world can learn in their own language.
  • 🧭 We are refining the course layout and lesson player to make it simpler to navigate and watch classes.
This roadmap is in progress and will continue to evolve. When new languages and courses are released, they will appear in the Courses area.

Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions from students moving from the previous website to the new Turquoise Academy platform.

  • 👤 Do I need to create a new account?

    No. You can use the same email and password that you used on the previous website. Your account was moved to the new platform so you can log in directly on the new login page.

  • 📚 Will I still have access to the courses I already purchased?

    Yes. All courses that were active on your account remain available. After logging in, go to My courses to see and watch everything you already had access to on the previous website.

  • 🔑 What if I cannot log in or forgot my password?

    If your password is not working, use the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page to reset it using the same email you used on the previous website. If you still cannot access your account, please contact us so we can help.

  • 💳 Did my current subscription or payments change with the migration?

    Your active subscriptions and payments were kept. You do not need to re‑subscribe to continue watching your current courses. If you want to change or cancel a plan, you can manage it from the My account area.

  • 🧾 Can I subscribe to more than one course at the same time now?

    Yes. One of the main reasons for the migration was to remove the limitation of having only one active course subscription at a time. On the new platform you can subscribe to multiple courses and bundles simultaneously, without cancelling your existing access.

  • 🌍 Which payment methods and currencies can I use?

    You can now pay by credit card and PayPal. The new system also supports multiple currencies, so depending on your country you may be able to pay directly in your local currency.

  • 🎁 What are bundles and how are they different from the old plans?

    Previously, there was only a single monthly subscription option. Now, we offer bundles and different durations, allowing you to access more than one course over longer periods with better overall conditions compared to subscribing to each course separately for a short time.

  • 🗣️ Will new courses and languages be automatically added to my account?

    New courses, including versions dubbed and subtitled in additional languages, will be gradually added to the Academy. Availability will depend on the plan or bundle you choose. You will always be able to see what each plan includes on the Courses page.

Already a student from the previous website?

There is no extra migration step required on your side. Simply log in using the same email and password you used before and open the My courses page.

From there, you can continue learning exactly where you stopped, now inside the new Turquoise Academy environment.
